The Barton Community College offers Motorcycle Safety foundation’s Beginner and Experienced courses. Upon completion of the course, students will receive a completion card from MSF which could decrease your motorcycle insurance by 10%. The Cowley County Community College offers Motorcycle Training Educational Program that provides motorcycle rider education using the curriculum developed by the Motorcycle safety Foundation (MSF). According to their official website, the purpose of the Motorcycle Safety Program at the Hutchinson Community College is to provide a service to the community especially those who want to learn how to ride. Kansas Community College offers motorcycle training courses under their Continuing Education Program. They offer the Basic Rider Course, Basic Rider Course 2 and Advanced Rider Course (ARC).
