The MSTC of New England located on Excalibur Boulevard, Plainfield is a State-approved motorcycle safety class provider. According to their official website, MSTC is for people with little or no experience riding motorcycles and those with hundreds of hours who want to learn how to ride better and safer. Tunxis Community College
The Tunxis Community College in Connecticut is the winner of the National Motorcycle Safety Foundation’s Outstanding Community Training Sponsor award. The college offers a Connecticut Motorcycle Rider course which is the largest program in the state. Expert instructions are given to both beginners and experienced riders. A graduate of this program will be exempted from the Motor Vehicle Department’s on-cycle test. They have locations in Farmington, Fairfield, and Stratford. Classes are offered from April to October in cooperation with the State Department of Transportation’s Office of Highway Safety.
