Free driving licence for disabled in Malaysia

According to News Straight Times, disabled can enjoy free driving license for life. They can enjoy the convenience of free driving license for life and exemption from paying the test drive fees.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha of Malaysia said the disabled need only pay RM2 for the cost of the licence card  when they renew their licences. Previously, disabled had to pay RM20 a year for riding license and RM30 per year for the car.
Kong presented motorcycle riding licences to five disabled people symbolizing the enforcement of free driving and riding licences. At the same time, he said renewal of vocational driving licences would be adjusted to the driver’s date of birth, adding that there were about one million vocational licence holders in the country.
