Man killed on a two-vehicle accident

CMC-TV reported an accident that involved a van and a in Memphis, Tennessee. A 29-year-old man who rides a motorcycle was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Elvis Presley Boulevard Monday morning.

A man driving a van was heading westbound on Winchester Road when he entered a turn lane to turn left. As he turned, Kelvin Boyce, who was driving a stolen motorcycle, collided with the van and was thrown from the bike.

Moylaye Osy, 39, the driver of the van was charged with vehicular homicide, reckless driving, financial responsibility, and failure to have a driver’s license.
