The South Carolina Motorcycle Education Program provides motorcycle rider training classes for individuals of all skill levels. According to their official website, the program has a course for people who have never ridden a motorcycle and are interested in learning basic skills, and courses for riders who just want to sharpen their skills and share their experience with other riders. There is also a course for riders who want to hone their skills in preparation for taking the state motorcycle driver’s license exam.
The South Carolina Motorcycle Education Program is offered at different locations. Course schedules are available from the technical college where you want to take the rider education course. Class schedules and registration are available on a semester basis though there are limits on the number of students allowed in each class to ensure safety and maximize effectiveness. Hi, Madc: Thanks for your question. You’ll have to contact the schools directly to find out at which of them you can take the road test. All of the schools will offer real-time riding instruction and practice, but actually taking the road test as part of the class isn’t common. Good luck.
