The Division of Motor Vehicles in Delaware offer MotorcycleProgram for novice riders at New Castle, Kent and Sussex County. This is a 15 hour classroom course and follows a group learning format that limits the ability of instructor to provide individual instruction to students. At Newcastle, this program is offered through Greater Willington DMV; in Kent County through Dover DMV, Dover AFB and Diamond Motorsports and at Sussex Country through Georgetown DMV.
